1. Our Service

Firestick Packages Australia provides IPTV subscription packages that include access to live TV channels, movies and series. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

2. Plans and Payments

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and payments are one-time — we never set up recurring charges. Your login is activated after payment is confirmed. We offer a 7-day money-back promise: if the service does not work for you within the first 7 days, message us and we will refund you.

3. Acceptable Use

Your subscription is for your household’s personal use. Do not share, resell or redistribute your login details. We may suspend accounts that breach this term.

4. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the service online and in high quality, but occasional maintenance or third-party interruptions can occur. A stable internet connection of at least 15 Mbps is recommended for 4K streaming.

5. Termination

You may cancel at any time — there are no contracts and nothing auto-renews. We may terminate service for breach of these terms, with a pro-rata refund where applicable.
